About Us

Hearts and Hands connects caring volunteers with older adults by providing transportation, in-home supports, and caregiver respite to uphold their dignity, improve their quality of life, and enhance their ability to live in their home of choice and to assist their primary caregivers.

Together, we see neighbors serving neighbors to foster community connections, live independent and healthy lives.

Mondays are the hardest for me because I’m almost with my mom nonstop over the weekend. That’s when it hits me that I’m all she really has. It hits me that she just can’t get up and go out anytime she wants.
